- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programs: Structured MBSR programs designed to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and improve focus through proven mindfulness techniques.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy: A structured program combining cognitive behavioral therapy techniques with mindfulness practices to help individuals break the cycle of negative thought patterns, reduce stress, and manage anxiety and depression more effectively.
