I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of specialized groups.

  • Integrative Health Workshops: Educational workshops that combine mind-body modalities, such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation, to promote holistic health. These workshops can be offered as a series or as standalone sessions.
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programs: Structured MBSR programs designed to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and improve focus through proven mindfulness techniques.
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy: A structured program combining cognitive behavioral therapy techniques with mindfulness practices to help individuals break the cycle of negative thought patterns, reduce stress, and manage anxiety and depression more effectively.
  • Curriculum Development for Mindfulness and Wellness: Custom curriculum creation for schools, organizations, or wellness programs, focused on integrating mindfulness and holistic health practices into daily routines and organizational culture.
  • Holistic Healing Circles: Group sessions utilizing mind-body techniques such as yoga, meditation, and guided reflection to support collective healing, emotional well-being, and community connection.
  • Workshops on Intersectionality and Holistic Wellness: Educational sessions focused on the intersection of social justice, race, and holistic well-being, fostering awareness, inclusivity, and community support.
  • Inclusive Wellness Retreats: Organizing and facilitating retreats that emphasize healing, self-discovery, and the integration of mind-body practices in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
  • Trauma-Informed Mind-Body Sessions: Guided meditation and breathwork sessions designed to support emotional regulation and healing for individuals and groups affected by trauma.
